Terrible company. Try repeatedly to pay online because let's face it, who has time to sit on hold waiting for someone to come to the phone and take payment? We sure don't. Pay online still has not been set up even though it's been requested multiple times. We've been given all kinds of excuses and we're tired of it. Fix your online payment system already!!!! Just asked for the date my contract renews. The person on chat says they cannot take a payment and cannot give me details of my contract. You can bet when it's up for renewal, Cirro will NOT be getting a renewal from me. Their lack of customer service coupled with their high rates is just a ripoff for businesses and consumers alike! If I could give ZERO STARS I would.
