Worst Customer Service
Viridian Energy constantly has trouble with billing options. The phone number on the bill is for TriEagle and I have to spend 30 minutes to an hour trying to get a customer service person who can help me in Texas. This is a monthly occurance. Last month I paid for my February bill and they took out the same amount at the end of the month. They did not have authorization to do so as I did not sign up for auto draft. The customer service agent basically argued with me that I paid that second installment which went toward my current balance. I paid the balance and set up auto draft and neither was processed nor did they have a record of it or a record of the agent I spoke to as well as no notes were made about my call. They are a nightmare to deal with I have never had issues with any other electricity provider. I have asked to speak with a supervisor on several occasions and never receive a call back. My suggestion... run, do not walk away from this company. They will only cause stress and headaches for you!
