Gexa's EV Saver 24 is a solid electric vehicle charging plan with a low energy charge, but it's complicated to use. For starters, customers have to download and tie a Gexa app to their charging vehicle. Additionally, only certain vehicles qualify for this plan. And third, the plan only credits the specific energy used for discounting the vehicle, which is why you sync to an app. Most other EV plans just give customers a window of free electricity during nighttime hours, which includes all appliances in the home. This plan only rebates the vehicle charging electricity during the nighttime window. So...it's complicated. But the energy charge is pretty good, so it's not a bad plan. But there is a lot of moving parts.

It has a $295 early cancellation charge, and a $0 monthly recurring charge. It is a 100% renewable electricity plan. Customers must download and sync a Gexa app to their vehicle to qualify for the energy credits. Rates are also subject to change at any time.
