Gexa's Freedom Saver 36 is a predictable plan that delivers a predictable bill, which is something a lot of Texans want most out of an electricity plan. That being said, the energy charge is high,and overall the plan is on the higher end of the electricity plan market. That being said, the rates across the usage tiers are consistent, so you won't have any bill shocks from one month to the next, and there's no bill credits that could trip you up if you didn't meet the requirements either. For folks who just want to pay a consistent bill, this plan is a solid option.

Gexa's Freedom Saver 36 is a straightforward, transparent fixed-rate electricity plan. What you see is what you get, with flate rates across the three usage thresholds of 500, 1,000, and 2,000. The Energy Rate is pretty high, however. I'd suggest that the best folks to buy a plan like this are ones who just want a steady bill for three years and to avoid any price volatility in exchange for a plan that isn't the cheapest in the market. This applies to any home size, although being a 3 year plan it probably isn't the best idea for apartment dwellers. It's also made with 100% renewable energy, so carbon-conscious folks will like this plan as well.
