Reliant's Power Savings 12 is a fairly solid plan. It has a $50 bill credit that kicks in at 1,000 kWh of usage, which brings a fairly high energy charge down to something somewhat competitive. Since it is a bill credit, so using less than 1k, or way more than 2k kWh will still result in some high bills. However, small home owners that use over 1k, but not too much more, this is a great plan. It also has no monthly recurring charge, which is nice. Plan runs for 1 years, though, and comes with $150 cancellation fee if you break your contract.

Who should buy this plan

This plan is great for customers who live in small or medium sized homes, and don't have a pool. Anyone living in an apartment or a mansion should stay away, but otherwise that $50 bill credit really brings the rates competitive. The plan isn't quite as cheap as Reliant's 24 month version of the same, but it's still solid.
