As far as flat rate plans go, the Think Clean 12 from Think Energy is a pretty solid plan. The energy charge is low, and the rates are pretty good across the three usage tiers of 500, 1,000, and 2,000 kWh per month. In general this is a solid plan for anyone regardless of home size or usage. It's not the cheapest plan out there, but it's consistent. And it has the added benefit of being made with 100% renewable energy.
