As far as flat rate plans go, the Think Clean 36 from Think Energy is a pretty solid plan. The energy charge is low, and the rates are pretty good across the three usage tiers of 500, 1,000, and 2,000 kWh per month. The 3 year term might be bad for renters, but in general this is a solid plan for anyone regardless of home size or usage. It's not the cheapest plan out there, but it's consistent. And it has the added benefit of being made with 100% renewable energy.
